Alongside the Downtown Redevelopment Plan, the River Flats Area Redevelopment Plan evolved in collaboration with a Steering Committee. The resulting Plan achieved a vision, and policy and design guidelines for three neighbhourhoods in the community identified as Old Town, Parks, and Historic Clay District.
Policy and design guidelines helped to comprehensively integrate and stimulate development in the community while preserving its unique history.
