The former greenhouse lands are situated in a flood fringe and the established community of River Flats. Beautifully surrounding the project is park amenities and natural open space. The vision to redevelop the brownfield lands was inspired by ladies who lived across the street from the parcel that sat vacant. To solve looking at the open lands they invited the Mayor, at the time, over for tea to discuss its potential for residential development to add to their already unique community.
