The award-winning 160-acre former married quarter’s lands of the Currie Barracks military training base was Calgary’s flagship neo-traditional community. The desire to retain the character, natural amenities and existing housing stock on the lands resulted in a vibrant integrated residential, commercial, institutional and open space community.

- Tree Retention Review and Report
- Open Space Concepts
- Land Use and Outline Plan Approval
- Policy Plan amendments with City Administration
