Currie Barracks is a former 200-acre military training base that provided a unique, established community redevelopment opportunity. The project most recently achieved a new vision, urban village design and land use approvals for a vibrant residential, commercial, institutional, business park and parks open space system that will accommodate 12,000 new residents.
