The former 50-acre Highland Park Golf Course redevelopment lands were designed to provide a unique open space and a 2,000 unit intensification redevelopment project along a future Light Rail Transit line. The multi-dwelling and commercial development integrates with the surrounding established community through open space and aging-in-place opportunities.
