Northwest Landing is a Peter Calthorpe neo-traditional planned community. Dupont Station is a 32-acre mixed use development at the core of Northwest Landing. The project achieved a comprehensive commercial, residential urban plaza and Park’n ride transit station to enhance the existing surrounding residential and business/technology park. An adjacent project also included the sensitive integration between low density residential and the natural landscape including bylaw requirements to maintain existing vegetation.
