A yet-to-be-visualized portion of the Thea Foss Esplanade along the Tacoma waterfront was the waterway restoration and public realm integration with development projects including Chihuly’s Museum of Glass by Arthur Erickson, and new residential developments including the residential adaptive re-use of the historic Albers Mill. The project included a public realm design for an amphitheatre and amenities along the waterfront.
