Calgary’s Centre City Plan is an award-winning project that included a detailed and comprehensive review of Downtown Calgary’s commercial/office core and its surrounding established communities and natural features. A new integrated and multi-faceted vision was achieved for land use, transportation, and the public realm including catalyst projects.
Unanimous Council approval of the policies, and design guidelines and the establishment of a Downtown Implementation Team stimulated significant implementation of the Plan immediately after its approval.

- Special Projects Incorporation for Eau Claire Market and Library Block
