The comprehensive “bringing together” of four communities into one resulted in the Beltline Area Redevelopment Plan. The driving factor being a community excited to explore more density to create an urban village complete with enhanced built-form guidelines and public realm features. The Plan integrated these land use and design components to stimulate a vibrant and unique livable community that supports the Downtown core.
